Sleeping on our bed

This is how Josiah sleeps on our bed, basically taking up all the space with his outstretched arms. At the moment he doesn’t want to sleep in the crib, well, actually since about 3 months onwards he would cry if I put him in the crib and stop when I put him on the bed. So now after nursing him, I leave him on the bed, and try to put bolsters around him to avoid a fall. But he has not learned to turn from stomach to back so when he rolls on the stomach, he can’t roll another round, so he doesn’t reach the edge of the bed yet. Later in the night I will join him on the bed, so he will kind of snuggle close to me all the time. My sis told me that babies are like magnet to the mother, they want to stick close all the time. I guess it’s true, especially as he grows older.

When we’re out at restaurants, he would rather sit on my lap then in the stroller. Thank God he’s ok with shopping malls, he likes to sit in his throne as we push him around, looking at interesting things around him.
